Application of centralized treatment of typical nursing problems in rehabilitation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage survivors

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of centralized treatment of typical nursing problems in rehabilitation period of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage survivors.Methods:A total of 90 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage survivors were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each.The control group received routine rehabilitation care,and the observation group received centralized treatment of typical nursing problem as the intervention.The self-care ability and the independent living ability score were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention by using The Appraisal of Self-care Agency Scale (ASAS) and Function Independent Measure (FIM).The quality of life scores was compared between the two groups of patients after the intervention by using Stroke-specific Quality of Life Scale (SS-QOL).Results:The scores of self-care ability,independent living ability and quality of life in the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The centralized treatment of typical nursing problems applied in the rehabilitation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients could improve the self-care ability,independent living ability,and quality of life of patients.
