Research status quo and inspiration of Nursing Management in geriatric ward

Abstract：This article reviewed the research status quo of nursing management of geriatric ward from 3 aspects: quality management,safe management,and human resource management.It analyzed the differences between different management models combined with the particularity of the geriatric ward and provided references for the scientific management of geriatric wards.
