Study on time of first screw loosening with spiral tourniquet after radial artery intervention
Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of different compression time of screw tourniquet on local compression after transradial coronary intervention. Methods: A total of 180 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into group A,B and C,according to First decompression time, the First decompression time in group A was 1h,2h in group B,3h in group C,60 cases in each group, they all were surgeried to relieve pressure after 6h.In the 3 groups of patients, the hemostasis and complications were observed, and the incidence of the negative-weak positive-positive was evaluated. Results:SPSS 19.0 was used for rank sum test in three groups of data,P=0.029,χ2=7.050,three sets of data had statistical significance;according to the complication of the negative-weak positive-positive ascending calculation of three groups of Ridit value, respectively Ra=0.603,Rb=0.457,Rc=0.439,that in group A was the best. Conclusions: The hemostasis effect of 1H was the best, and the probability of complications was the smallest when the first release time of the screw was the first time in the radial artery.
