Application of expert investigation method in nursing staff configuration
Abstract：This article reviewed the application status quo of expert investigation method in nursing staff configuration.At present,expert meeting method was used mainly to configure the quality of nursing staff in foreign countries,while the Delphi method was mainly used in China.Therefore,how to combine the qualitative analysis methods,such as expert meeting method,Delphi method and other methods,with quantitative analysis methods,such as patient-nurse ratio method,nursing workload measurement method and other methods,to configure nurses scientific and rational from two aspects of number and quality were worthy for further study.
