Effectiveness of pre-hospital emergency combined with nursing intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction
Abstract:Objective: To probe into the effectiveness of pre-hospital emergency combined with nursing intervention of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods: A total of 158 patients with AMI in our hospital from Jan 2014 to Oct 2014 were divided into two groups according to the admission types. The patients in observation group (86 cases) were picked up by emergency medical personnel with ambulance and given pre-hospital emergency combined with nursing intervention, the patients in control group (72 cases) were sent to hospital by their families without professional pre-hospital emergency combined with nursing intervention, then to compare the time from onset to hospital, thrombolytic and hospitalization time, and the fatality rate, the revascularization rate between two groups. Results: The time from onset to hospital was (24.25±12.62)min,thrombolytic time was (1.62±0.83) d and hospitalization time was (9.57±4.48)d in the observation group, and these time were shorter than those in control group(45.14±16.45)min,(4.03±1.68)d,(18.65±5.79)d(P<0.05).The revascularization rate in the observation group(79.07%)was lower than that in the control group(58.33%)(P<0.05),the fatality rate in the observation group(6.98%)was lower than that in the control group(18.06)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pre-hospital emergency combined with nursing intervention could reduce the time of rescue in AMI patients and improve the successful rate of treatment.
