Preliminary probe into prescription right content of midwife in particular situations by using Delphi method

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the content and form of Chinese midwives prescription right in particular situations.Methods: By using Delphi methods,we carried out the first round of expert consultation aiming at 18 midwives and 18 obstetricians.Results:3 obstetricians didn't agree with prescription right for midwives.Other experts who agreed with prescription right for midwives had high approval rate on uterine atony,metrypercinesia,postpartum hemorrhage,premature rupture of membranes,normal labor but low approval rate on induced labour,intrapartum high fever,hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,amniotic fluid embolism.Regarding prescription right for drugs,experts had low approval rate on pethidine and fentanyl.The second round of expert consultation questionnaire had been formed by adjusting the first round of expert consultation questionnaire based on expert opinions.Conclusion:The majority of experts who participated in the consultation agreed with prescription right for midwives.The authoritativeness of the experts was high and the experts'advice on particular situations was in harmony,and the results were credible.
