Application of Xiao Double C nursing concept combined with specialist innovation nursing in orotracheal intubation in awake patients
Abstract：Objective:To observe the application effect of Xiao double C nursing concept combined with specialist innovation nursing in orotracheal intubation in awake patients.Methods:A total of 41 cases of patients with tracheal intubation in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2016 were selected as control group and another 41 patients from July 2016 to September 2016 as observation group.The patients in control group was given routine nursing,the patients in observation group on the basis of routine nursing by Xiao double C nursing concept of joint training innovation nursing intervention on patients.After the intervention,the comfort and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared.Results:In the test group,the scores of the patients' prognosis and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiao double C nursing concept innovation of nursing intervention on the implementation of joint training orotracheal intubation in awake patients can improve patients' comfort and nursing satisfaction.
