Abstract：This paper introduced palliative care and concept of cancer related fatigue,elaborated the condition of cancer related fatigue of patients with lung cancer,analyzed the influence of cancer related fatigue on lung cancer patients and the application of palliative care in cancer related fatigue of patients with lung cancer,so as to provide references for domestic scholars having a better understanding and evaluation of palliative care and cancer patients with cancer-related fatigue,in order to continuously improve the quality of life of patients with lung cancer.
