Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of the self-help training model under support of WeChat on new nurses' perceived professional benefits and professional identity.Methods:A total of 70 new nurses in our hospital were chosen in the training program,and the new nurses accepted teachers' instruction on the classroom on the basis of accepting self-help training model under support of WeChat.All subjects were evaluated with the questionnaires of perceived professional benefits and professional identity before self-help training and 1 month after self-help training.Results:The total score of new nurses for perceived professional benefits and professional identity was(140.79±7.51 and 124.90±9.47) better than before(130.76±9.04 and 116.24±6.81),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in all dimensions scores of perceived professional benefits and professional identity (P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-help training model under support of WeChat could improve the level of the new nurses' perceived professional benefits and professional identity effectively.
