Abstract：This article introduced the related concept of early warning score and analyzed the importance of early warning score for low seniority nurses in assessment of critically ill patients in emergency department.It put forward the specific application of early warning score to low seniority nurses in assessment of critically ill patients,in order to improve the assessment ability on critically ill patients of low seniority nurses and improve the quality of care.
