Analysis of causes and nursing countermeasures of senile wound infection in outpatients with pressure sore
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the causes,pathogen distribution and nursing countermeasures of senile wound infection in outpatients with pressure sore.Methods: The clinical features and the distribution of the pathogens causing infection of the 5 outpatients with pressure ulcers infection were retrospectively analyzed and the key points of nursing intervention were summarized.Results: The lack of knowledge of the main caregivers of patients with pressure ulcer was the main reason of the infection.The pseudomonas aeruginosa was the main pathogen,16 patients healed completely in 3-4 months,7 patients healed completely in 6 months,2 patients died due to deterioration of underlying disease after a series of nursing intervention.Conclusion: There were many reasons for pressure ulcers infection,the reasonable using of antibiotics,the radical wound debridement,choosing the suitable dressing,nutritional support,and health education to the caregivers were the key to the nursing intervention.
