Application effect of high quality nursing service model combined with clinical pathway for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the treatment effect of high quality nursing service model combined with clinical pathway for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:A total of 200 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were divided into experimental group and control group,100 cases in each.The patients in control group received the routine nursing,while the patients in experimental group received the high quality nursing service model combined with clinical pathway.Results:The patient's mental status,health education effect and joint function recovery in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group, and the complications in experimental group were significantly less than those in control group,and their aver-age length of hospitalization was significantly shorter than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing service model combined with clinical pathway can effectively promote the rehabilitation of elder-ly patients with femoral neck fracture.
