Study on influence of group cognitive behavior therapy on curative effect of patients with modified electroconvulsive therapy
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of group cognitive behavior therapy on curative effect of pa-tients with modified electroconvulsive therapy.Methods:A total of 100 mental illness patients with modified e-lectroconvulsive therapy for first time during the rehabilitation were randomly divided into control group and re-search group,50 cases in each.The patients in control group received the conventional drug therapy and psycho-logical nursing,while the patients in research group received the group cognitive behavioral intervention therapy for a month on the basis of therapy in control group.the patients in two groups were respectively assessed be-fore and after intervention by BPRS,CGI S1 and SAS.Results:The differences of patients’BPRS,CGI S1 , SAS scores in two groups before intervention had no statistical significance (P>0.05);one month after the in-tervention,the patients’BPRS(21.27±3.56),CGI S1(1.47±0.16),SAS (49.57±5.26)score in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(24.36±3.27)、(2.13±0.24)、(55.43±5.44),and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Group cognitive behavior therapy can improve clinical curative effect and improve the symptoms of patients.
