Influence of application of clinical nursing pathway in ultrasonography on nursing quality and receivers'satisfaction

Abstract：Objective:To observe the influence of application of clinical nursing pathway in ultrasonography on nursing quality and patients'satisfaction.Methods:A total of 120 ultrasonic receivers who received the routine nursing process from June 2015 to December 2015 were randomly selected as the control group.Pairing with the age,gender and education level,120 ultrasonic receivers who received the clinical nursing pathway from Jan-uary 2016 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group,and evaluated the nursing effect and receivers’ satisfaction.Results:The examination time,waiting time and total time in observation group were shorter than those in control group (P<0.05);the success rate of primary examination in observation group was 100%, while that in control group was 91.67% (P<0.05).The receivers'inspection inform,nursing services and chronergy in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in operation technique score between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nurs-ing pathway can improve the quality of nursing and the degree of receivers'cooperation,and shorten the time of examination and waiting,it had a significant effect for improving the receivers'satisfaction.
