Probe into optimizing nursing cooperation process for upper abdominal MR scan
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the cooperation of MR nurse and ward nurse,to optimize the process of upper abdominal MR scan for the inpatients.Methods:According to the requirements of patients’prepare and coopera-tions of the upper abdominal MR examination,specialized training to the ward nurses was made by the MR nur-ses.A total of 226 inpatients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,113 cases in each. The control group according to the appointment notice routine care preparation,the observation group on the basis of routine care preparation for the patient’s individual psychological counseling,respiratory rhythm adj ust-ment,breath control method and other guidance,compare the two groups of patients compliance and average scan time.Results:The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The average scanning time of the control group and observation group were 1 281.6s and 1 023.3s respectively. Conclusion:Optimizing the nursing cooperation process is helpful to improve the compliance of patients with up-per abdominal MR scan and shorten the scanning time.
