Analysis of resilience level of outpatient trauma patients and its influencing factors

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the resilience level of traumatic patients treated in surgical clinic,and to know about the influencing factors of the resilience level.Methods:A total of 1 7 6 cases of traumatic patients treated in surgical clinic were surveyed on general information and resilience level by questionnaire,to compare the difference of resilience level in patients with different genders,marriage status,living conditions,economic conditions,traumatic types,degree of education and occupations and analyze the influencing factors.Results:The total average score of traumatic patients treated in surgical clinic was 66.78±9.50.There was no statistically significant difference in scores of resilience level in patients with different genders and economic conditions(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in resilience level score among patients with different mar-riage status,living conditions,degree of education,traumatic types and occupations(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Con-clusions:During clinic treatment and nursing for traumatic patients,medical workers could not ignore the trau-matic patients’psychological problems due to their mild traumatic degree,and should pay more attention to their emotion status.According to the different resilience personnel,appropriate traumatic psychological inter-vention was adopted,so as to improve their resilience level.
