Application of medical institution care,community service combined with family care in community quality nursing

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of medical institution care,community service combined with family care in community quality nursing.Methods:A total of 56 elderly patients from December 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital were selected as control group,and 56 elderly patients from December 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital were selected as the observation group.The patients in control group were trea-ted with routine nursing intervention,the patients in observation group were treated by medical institutions care,community service combined with nursing home community of high quality nursing service model.And ad-verse nursing events incidence,self care ability and quality of life scores were compared between both groups. Results:The incidence of nursing adverse events in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group.The self care ability and quality of life scores of observation group patients were higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of commu-nity continuity of quality care services with a combination of medical institution care,community service and home care could improve the degree of nursing safety,self care ability of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
