Application of 3H+2C combined nursing for patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of 3 H+2C combined nursing for patients with gyneco-logical laparoscopic surgery.Methods:3 H+2C combined nursing was implemented for patients with gyneco-logic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital since April 2016.47 cases of patients receiving gynecological laparo-scopic intervention in our hospital respectively before the implementation (from January to March in 2016)and after the implementation (from April to June in 2016)were as the research objects.The patients before inter-vention were taken as control group and patients after intervention were taken as experiment group,and then compared the differences of all observed indexes between both groups after the intervention.Results:The com-fort score and nursing satisfaction scores of the patients in experiment group were significantly higher than those in control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in experiment group was significantly lower than that in control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The 3H+2C combined nursing for patients undergoing gy-necologic laparoscopic surgery could significantly improve the patients’feelings of comfort and reduce risk of complications and then to get the nursing satisfaction enhanced.
