Application of nursing information support in perioperative period of patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral body fracture
Abstract：Objective:To observe the application effect of nursing information support for patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral body fracture in perioperative period.Methods:A total of 9 6 patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral body fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine nursing care,while the patients in observation group received targeted nursing information support based on the routine nursing.Then to compare the differences of nursing job satisfaction,antibiotic use time,hospitalization time and psychological situation of patients between both groups.Results:Antibiotic use time and hospitalization time of patients in control group were longer than that in observation group,while nursing job satisfaction of patients after discharge in observation group was significant-ly higher than that in control group;psychological status score of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,there were the statistically significant in differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing based on information support could effectively improve the psychological state of patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral body fracture,improve the patients ’satisfaction to the hospital care,and promote the re-habilitation of patients.
