Application status quo of health belief model in nursing and its improvement strategies

Abstract：It reviewed the application of the health belief model in healthy population and patients with chronic disease in department of surgery,department of internal medicine and community and its problems in applica-tion.It also put forward that social environmental factors should be included into the theoretical framework of the health belief model,and to expand the application scope and emphasize on the strategy of combination with individual intervention,in order to promote the development and application of health belief model in nursing care.
