Investigation and analysis on nursing students’occupational quality cognition in technical secondary schools

Abstract：Objective:To understand the status quo of nursing students’occupational quality in technical second-ary schools,and to provide the basis for their occupational quality education.Methods:Occupational quality cog-nition questionnaire was used to investigate the nurses’occupational quality cognition of 1011 nursing students in a secondary nursing school.Results:Most of the secondary nursing school students thought that the occupa-tional quality is very important,the female students’occupational quality cognition level is higher than the male students,and the occupational quality cognition of nursing students in grade three is lower than the first and second grade.Conclusion:The occupation quality cognition of female students in secondary nursing school is higher than that of male students.The occupational quality of nursing students in grade one and two was higher than that in grade three.Therefore,in further education,we should pay more attention to improve the occupa-tional quality cognition level of male students and strengthen the education of students in grade three.
