Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on warm acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on warm acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:A total of 62 cases of pa-tients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table,3 1 cases in each.The total efficiency,scald rate and pa-tients'satisfaction rate were analyzed and compared between both groups.Results:Eeffective rate in intervention group was 96.77%,and 87.09% in control group;the incidence of scald in intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group;the satisfaction at warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment was signifi-cantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention could significantly improve curative effect of warm acupuncture and moxi-bustion in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients,and effectively prevent the occurrence of scald,and improve patients’satisfaction.
