Abstract:Objective:To probe into the influence of early intervention on the neural and behavioral development in preterm infants. Methods:A total of 94 cases of preterm infants were divided into observation group(50 cases) and control group(44 cases)in accordance with the principle of voluntary parents. The patients in control group were treated with conventional care, the patients in observation group were given early intervention, and the physical development, neural and behavioral development and prognosis of preterm infants were compared be-tween both groups in 1 2 months old. Results:the intelligent development index and motor development index of preterm infants in 1 2 months old in observation group were higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The large movement, fine motor, social behavior and other neural devel-opment situation of preterm infants in 1 2 months old in observation group were better than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neurological sequelae in observation group was less than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early intervention could promote the development of neural and behavioral in preterm infants, reduce the incidence of neurological sequelae and improve the prognosis.
