Study on the effectiveness and safety of a self made new type of skin thermal insulation device for patients under-going cryoablation
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effectiveness and safety of a self made new type of skin thermal insula-tion device for patients undergoing freeze ablation. Methods:A total of 80 cases of tumor patients with cryoabla-tion therapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each. The patients in control group used the traditional warm saline gloves;the patients in observation group adopted new skin insula-tion device. The patients were observed and compared on the intraoperative temperature, stress indicators and postoperative general situation, incidence of surgical complications and surgical satisfaction between both groups. Results:Before and after the start of surgery,30min and 10min after the start, the body temperature was not significantly different between both groups;after the end,the body temperature in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);At the end of the operation, the levels of blood glucose, insulin and cortisol in observation group were higher than those before anesthesia, and they in control group was higher than those in observation group(P<0.05).The nursing time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The inci-dence of palpitation, edema, blood pressure and heart rate was lower in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of self made new type of skin thermal insulation device in cryoablation could significantly reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the stress response, and had the value of clinical application.
