Influence of cluster of care on rehabilitation training effect and quality of life of elderly patients
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of cluster of care on rehabilitation training effect and quality of life of elderly patients.Methods:A total of 120 cases of elderly patients with drinking water test in grade II or more were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each.The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing and the patients in observation group received the cluster of care on the basis of the routine nursing.The swallowing function,quality of life and incidence of complication of patients were compared between both groups before and after intervention.Results:The swallowing function of patients in observation group was better than that in control group after the cluster nursing intervention(P<0.05).The scores of psychological dimension,physical dimension,social adaptability dimension and quality of life of pa-tients in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of aspiration pneu-monia,malnutrition and gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention was beneficial to improve the swallowing func-tion,reduce complications and improve the quality of life of elderly patients.
