Current career situation and development of male nurses in China
Abstract：This article reviews the occupational status quo of male nurses in China.With analyzation of male nur-ses’social recognition and psychological stress,it reports the problems and reasons.The countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of society,hospital,school and male nurses themselves in order to provide a good career development reference for male nurses.
