Application of fast track surgery in perioperative nursing of patients with lower limb varicose veins

Abstract：objective:To probe into the application effect of fast track surgery in perioperative nursing of patients with lower limb varicose veins.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with lower limb varicose veins treated in department of vascular surgery were divided into observation group (40 cases with ill 56 limbs)and control group (40 cases with 52 ill limbs)based on different nursing methods.The patients in control group received routine perioperative care,the patients in observation group received fast track surgery on the basis of routine perioperative care.The differences in postoperative recovery were compared between both groups.Results:After implementing FTS nursing intervention,the postoperative bed activity time,eating time,postoperative intrave-nous infusion time and hospital stay of the patients in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:FTS nursing measures could reduce in hospital time and hospitalization costs,improve the effect of postoperative rehabilitation.
