Observation on effect of individualized nursing for postoperative patients with gynecologic tumor

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of individualized nursing for postoperative patients with gynecologic tumor.Methods:A total of 1 12 gynecologic tumor patients undergoing surgery were divided into control group (60 cases)and observation group (52 cases)according to randomized principle,respectively receiving the routine care and individualized nursing,then to compare the differences of the excellent rate of fundamental nursing quality,patients’compliances and satisfaction,Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS)at admission and discharge of patients.Results:The excellent rate of fundamental nursing quality and compliances,and satisfaction of patients in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in SAS score and SDS score at admission be-tween both groups (P >0.05),the SAS score and SDS score in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group at discharge (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Individualized nursing intervention could effectively improve fundamental nursing quality,compliances and satisfaction of patients,and improve the negative psycho-logical activity of patients.
