Study on correlation between self efficacy and research capacity in undergraduate nurse
Abstract：Objective:To know about the relationship between self efficacy and research capacity of undergrad-uate nurse.Methods:A total of 350 undergraduate nurse in 14 third grade A general hospitals in Xi’an city were selected and surveyed by using the general information Questionnaire,General Self Efficacy Scale,and Nursing Staff Research Capacity of Self Rating Scale were used in this study.Results:The score of self effica-cy of the undergraduate nurse was 24.80 ±6.1 1,the score of research capacity was 38.76 ±23.53.Correlation coefficient between research capacity and self efficacy of undergraduate nurses was γ=0.287 (P <0.01).Con-clusion:The research capacity was positively correlative with the self efficacy of undergraduate nurses.
