Meta analysis of influence of continuity of care model on treatment compliance of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B in China

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the influence of continuity of care model on treatment compliance of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B in China.Methods:The randomized controlled trials on continuity of care for patients with Chronic Hepatitis B were researched by the databases of Cochrane Library,PubMed,CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wan Fang database.RevMan5.1 software was used to analyze the data.Results:A total of 9 papers were includ-ed.Meta analysis showed that the treatment compliance of patients in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:The continuity of care model for patients with Chronic Hepatitis B could take effect on raising their treatment com-pliance and improving the quality of life.
