Analysis of influencing factors of psychological resilience of cerebral stroke patients

Abstract：Objectives:To know about the psychological resilience level and its influencing factors of cerebral stroke patients,so as to provide the evidences for individualized nursing intervention and enhance the adversity adaptation level,promote the patients'rehabilitation.Methods:A total of 106 cerebral stroke patients received questionnaire survey by general information scale,CD RISC Scale Chinese version and Social Support Rating Scale.Results:Cerebral stroke patients had lower psychological resilience level and severity of hemiplegic paral-ysis was the major influencing factor of psychological resilience of cerebral stroke patients.Conclusion:In the implementation of nursing intervention for stroke patients,rehabilitation plan should be developed aiming at the patients with hemiplegia,giving patients the guidance on coping style of hemiplegia,and then to help patients grow better from adversity.
