Application and effect evaluation of the scenario simulation teaching method in training nurses for newborn trans-portation

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the training mode of nursing staff in neonatal transportation,in order to im-prove the ability of first aid and care.Methods:The scenario simulation teaching method was applied in nurses training and exercises of young nurses in the emergency department of our hospital.The training effect was as-sessed.Results:The skills of first aid,theoretical knowledge,transportation capacity and team work ability of nurses were significantly improved after training compared with that before.Conclusion:Scenario simulation teaching method could provide a scene feeling of high simulation,and improve the cooperation between nurse and doctor on neonatal transportation.Regular training could ensure field treatment ability of nurses and the standardization of nursing care level.
