Application of collaborative psychological nursing procedures in nursing care of tumor patients undergoing chemo-therapy

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the application effects of collaborative psychological nursing procedures in nursing care of tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 1 1 2 tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group 5 6 cases each.Patients of control group received routine psychological care.Patients of observation group received collaborative psycholog-ical nursing procedures intervention.By using self perceived burden scale score(SPB)and quality of life core questionnaire to evaluate and to compare the self perceived burden and quality of life of the two group patients before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the self perceived burden score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The overall quality of life and functional subscale scores of the observation group cases were significantly higher than that of the control group.And symptoms subscale scores of the observation group patients was significantly lower than that of control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The collaborative psychologi-cal nursing procedures intervention for tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy could help reduce the self perceived burden,and improve their quality of life.
