Application of comfortable nursing in patients with gynecological tumor undergoing radiotherapy

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application of comfortable nursing in patients with gynecological tumor undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 106 patients with gynecological tumor undergoing radiotherapy were divided into the observation group and the control group used the random number table 53 cases each.Pa-tients of the control group received routine nursing.Patients of the observation group received the routine nurs-ing and comfortable nursing.The psychological state of the two groups were evaluated by self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD).The quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by using the European cancer patient quality of life(QLQ C30).The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after nursing intervention.Results:After the nursing intervention,the psychological states score of SAS,SDS,HAMA and HAMD of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group.There were statisti-cal significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).After the treatment,the quality of life score of QLQ C30 of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.There was statistical significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The comfortable nursing for patients with gynecological tumor undergoing radiotherapy could significantly improve patients ’unhealthy mood,and im-prove their quality of life.
