Application of Deming circle extended application model in nursing safety management in operation room

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of Deming circle extended application model in the nursing safety management in operation room.Methods:In the practice of nursing safety management in the op-eration room,the Deming circle extended application model was adopted,and compared the differences of the re-lated observation indexes before and after the application.Results:With Deming circle extending application model in the operating room,nursing safety management,nurses safety management attitude scores were signif-icantly higher than that before the application,care and safety event rate were significantly lower than that be-fore the application (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:With Deming circle extending application model in the operating room,it was beneficial to correct the safety management attitude of nursing staff in operation room,reduce the occurrence of nursing safety events.
