Study on TCM nursing of flaccid paralysis in cerebral infarction recovery period based on meridian syndrome differ-entiation

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of TCM nursing of flaccid paralysis in cerebral infarction recov-ery period based on meridian syndrome differentiation.Methods:A total of 100 cases were selected which met the inclusion criteria of flaccid paralysis in cerebral infarction recovery period,were randomly divided into the obser-vation group and the control group,5 9 cases in each.Both groups of patients were given basis medicines and acu-puncture treatment.The patients in observation group were treated with meridian syndrome differentiation of TCM nursing,the patients in control group were treated with conventional care regimens.The simplified Fugl meyer(FMI)scale and ADL scale were used to assess the patients before the treatment and 4 weeks after the treatment.Results:After treatment,the FMI scale score and ADL scale score of patients in observation group were significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM nursing method of me-ridian syndrome differentiation could effectively improve the limb function and daily living ability of patients with cerebral infarction in recovery stage.
