Analysis of application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with peripheral facial pa-ralysis under guidance of synergy theory

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with peripheral facial paralysis under guidance of synergy theory.Methods:A total of 104 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were taken as study obj ects.They were randomly divided into control group and exper-imental group,the patients in control group received routine nursing intervention model,the patients in experi-mental group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions under guidance of synergy theory.The all indicators in both groups were observed and compared after intervention.Results:After intervention,the Port-mann score,clinical total effective treatment compliance and satisfaction in experimental group were significant-ly higher than those in control group,while the recovery time in experimental group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention for pa-tients with peripheral facial paralysis under the guidance of synergy theory was helpful to improve the treatment compliance,curative effect and nursing satisfaction of patients.
