Analysis of work related cognitive symptoms of breast cancer survivors and its related factors
Abstract:Objective:To know about the work related cognitive symptoms of breast cancer survivors and its re-lated factors.Methods:A total of 159 cases of breast cancer survivors from two cancer hospitals by using con-venience sampling method,they were investigated with Demographic questionnaires,Hospital Anxiety and De-pression Seale (HADS),Cognitive Symptom Checklist (CSC 21 ),European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Core Quality of life Questionnaire (EORTCQLQ C30).Results:A total of 159 breast cancer survivors were recruited in this study.The average length of survival time was 34.71±24.72 months,and time after treatment was 15.63±10.71 months.The average score of CSC was5.42 ±7.02,the related factors of total scale included job stress,depression,cognitive functioning and symptom clusters.Conclusion:The work re-lated cognitive symptoms existed in the breast cancer survivors,according to the cognitive symptoms and its in-fluencing factor,corresponding effective intervention should be developed and conducted to reduce its impact on their work,promote their better adapt to the work and life.
