Application of cluster nursing strategies in limb function rehabilitation of patients with lacunar infarction

Abstract：Objective:To observe the application effect of cluster nursing strategies for limb function rehabilita-tion of patients with lacunar infarction.Methods:A total of 110 patients with lacunar infarction complicated with limb dysfunction were randomly divided into observation group and control group based on random number ta-ble,5 5 cases in each.Patients in control group received routine care.The patients in observation group received cluster nursing strategy besides the routine care.The scores of daily living activities,quality of life and satisfac-tion were compared between both groups.Results:The of daily living activities score,quality of life score and sat-isfaction score of the patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Cluster nursing strategy could effectively promote the rehabilitation of limb function in patients with lacunar infarction,improve the self care ability,quality of life and satisfaction of the patients.
