Influence of psychological intervention on job burnout and anxiety of nurses in psychiatric department
Abstract:To observe the effect of psychological intervention for relieving job burnout and anxiety of nurses in psychiatric department.Methods:A total of 40 nurses who were psychiatric nurses were selected as the research objects,and they were given energy incentives,group psychological intervention,and relaxation training for 8 weeks by nursing staff with the qualification of psychological treatment.The changes of work pressure source,job burnout,and bad mood after the intervention was compared with before intervention.Results:After the intervention,the work pressure source and the job burnout of nurses were lower than those before the inter-vention,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Physical,obsessive compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety and total scores of nurses were lower than those before the inter-vention,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention could reduce the work pressure and job burnout,ease the anxiety and depression,and alleviate the anxiety and depres-sion of occupation.
