Application of interactive subject seminar teaching method in basic nursing teaching of higher vocational nursing students

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of interactive subject seminar teaching method in basic nursing teaching of higher vocational nursing students.Methods:By using the randomized method,the students in control group received the traditional teaching method which was based on teacher instructing,while the students in experience group received the interactive subj ect seminar teaching method combined with the tradi-tional teaching method.At the end of the course,the theory exam and operation test were used to evaluate the knowledge and skills of basic nursing,and the teaching effect questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effects.Results:The scores of theory exam and operation test in experience group were all higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant between both groups(P<0.05).The difference of scores of teaching effects was statistically significant between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The applica-tion of interactive subj ect seminar teaching method in basic nursing teaching was feasible and effective,it was helpful to improve the speculative knowledge and practice skills of basic nursing of higher vocational nursing students,and it also helped to improve the teaching effect of basic nursing.
