Intervention of predictive nursing for quality of long term life of patients with early onset severe preeclampsia
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the intervention effect of predictive nursing for quality of long term life of patient with early onset severe preeclampsia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with early onset severe preeclamp-sia were divided into control group and intervention group by using random number method,40 cases in each. The patients in control group received the routine treatment and nursing during the hospitalization,while the patients in intervention group received the predictive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The quality of life in both groups was scored and recorded by the World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF (WHOQOL BREF)at the time of admission and 1 years after discharge.Results:At the time of admission and 1 year after discharge,the overall quality of life in intervention group was significantly higher than that in con-trol group in the comparison of WHOQOL BREF scores self contraction and deviation of both groups,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of predictive nursing for pa-tients with early onset severe preeclampsia was helpful to compliance of maternity,so as to improve the quality of long term life of patients with early onset severe preeclampsia.
