Curative effect observation of compound evodia rutaecarpa powder sticking yongquan point in treatment of monilia-sis white mouth

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of compound evodia rutaecarpa powder sticking yongquan point in treatment of moniliasis white mouth.Methods:A total of 84 children with moniliasis white mouth were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each.The children of two groups used 2% sodium bicarbonate solution to rinse the mouth before treatment,then the children in control group smeared the cod liver oil nystatin suspension locally,while children in the observation group were treated with compound evodia rutaecarpa powder sticking yongquan point.Compared the clinical curative effect and incidence of adverse reaction of children in both groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than the 80.95% of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).The incidence rate of vomiting,diarrhea, salivation,crying and other adverse reactions of children in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The compound evodia rutaecarpa powder sticking yongquan point in treatment of moniliasis white mouth has the advantages of better curative effect,convenient operation,easy for children,high safety and better compliance.
