Abstract：This article reviews the actual situation of nurses involved in the conventional of tuberculosis pa-tients,and analysis the problems and shortcomings in this process.With some social work professional idea like empathy,caring,acceptance,self determination,and individual as the base,this paper demonstrates the main role and basic strategy of nurses involved in tuberculosis patients under the perspective of social work interven-tion,expecting to provide a new perspective and path for the practical work in nurses.
