Study on withdrawing needle method of improved closed type transfusion needle

Abstract：Objective:To explore an improved close type transfusion needle withdrawing method,so as to relieve the pain during the withdrawing needle,avoid the pre return of blood into the plastic tube,and reduce the oc-currence of bleeding and subcutaneous ecchymosis.Methods:A total of 1 60 patients in the Navy General Hospi-tal were randomly divided into control group and research group,80 cases in each.The conventional withdrawing method was used in control group.Meanwhile,the proposed method was used in research group:the infusion switch was not turned off before the withdrawing.The needle was inclined and there was an angle between 10° to 15°and the skin.The needle was pulled out of the plastic pipe with a nail tip.Then the patients’pain reac-tion,needle tip bleeding,blood in plastic tube were observed,and then to analyze the mathematical model during drawing process.Results:The plastic pipe volume,the incidence of subcutaneous congestion,needle bleeding and pain feeling of research group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Nail tip withdrawing needle could effectively relieve the pain,avoid bleeding in plastic tube,reduce bleeding and subcuta-neous congestion phenomenon.Theoretical analysis showed that the nail tip withdrawing needle can effectively reduce bleeding and subcutaneous congestion.
