Analysis of influencing factors of cognition and attitude of ICU nurses to nursing adverse events reporting
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the influencing factors of cognition and attitude of ICU nurses to nursing ad-verse events reporting,so as to provide the reference for the management of nursing adverse events.Methods:A total o 180 ICU nurses received the survey by using the adverse event reporting cognition and attitude question-naire.Results:The total score of cognition and attitude of ICU nurses to nursing adverse events reporting system was 108.29±1 1.42.The scores of 5 dimensions from high to low in order were the reporting cognitive (4.59± 0.56),the reporting will (3.99 ±0.71 ),the department culture (3.78 ±0.53),the management expectations (3.60±0.77)and the penalty environment (3.5 1 ±0.95).The adverse event experience and nursing age were the influencing factors of cognition and attitude of ICU nurses to nursing adverse events reporting (P <0.05). Conclusion:The cognition and attitude of ICU nurses to nursing adverse events reporting system was at the me-dium level,and it needed to be further improved.
