Application of doctor nurse cooperation thrombolysis WeChat group in stroke thrombolysis and safety management
Abstract：Objective:To explore the doctor nurse cooperation intravenous thrombolysis WeChat group applied in optimization stroke thrombolysis process safety management.Methods:Using retrospective case studies to compare the condition of patients in 2013 and 2014.The patients did not use WeChat group of 2013 as the con-trol group,and the patients using WeChat group in 2014 as the observation group.To observe the number of in-travenous thrombolysis of this two groups,to compare several status including door needle times (DNT),U-nited Stats National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)score,and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) score before thrombolysis and at discharge.Results:There ware 15 cases of control group and 56 cases in obser-vation group.There was statistically significant between the two groups before thrombolysis and at discharge at DNT,NIHSS,and ADL score (P <0.05).Conclusion:Doctor nurse cooperation WeChat group have advantages in optimization thrombolysis process and management the safety of patients.
