Qualitative research on psychological pressure of nurses trained standardized in emergency

Abstract：Objective:To understand the psychological pressure source of standardized trained nurses in emergen-cy department,and to provide evidence for psychological intervention.Methods:Using in depth interviews phe-nomenological research methods to survey 20 nurses,who rotated and trained standardized in emergency depart-ment,to explore the root causes of the psychological pressure.Results:The main cause of standardized training for nurses,mainly from psychological stressors arduous tasks,security risks,the work environment was com-plex,demanding nursing skills.Conclusion:To take appropriate countermeasures against emergency department nurse standardized training of psychological stress,managers should provide channels to ease the pressure, strengthen occupational protection training,improve working conditions,improve communication skills stand-ardized training for nurses,intensive care and emergency operation learning theory skills training.
