Application of nursing model of Chinese characteristics based on OSCE in clinical teaching

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of nursing model of Chinese characteristics based on OSCE in clinical teaching.Methods:A total of 87 nursing professional trainees were selected as the research ob-jects,and they were divided into two groups by the teaching method,the observation group (44 cases)comple-ted the practice of Chinese characteristics nursing model in the OSCE mode,while the control group (43 cases) completed the routine nursing teaching;organized the evaluation before the end of practice,and evaluated the teaching assessment achievement and satisfaction of two groups.Results:The nursing results,presenting nursing diagnosis,formulating nursing plan,implementing doctor’s advice,nursing technical operation,emergency re-sponse,health education,nursing effect evaluation and other assessment results of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05);the satisfaction degree of the teaching methods,examina-tion methods,examination content,examination results of the observation group was all higher than those of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing students teaching of Chinese characteristics nursing model based on the OSCE can objectively and comprehensively reflect the clinical ability of nursing trainees in the practice,and it has the guiding significance for the clinical evaluation of nursing students’comprehensive a-bility.
