Influence of continuous nursing intervention on health behaviors of stroke patients

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of continuous nursing intervention on the health behaviors of stroke patients.Methods:A total of 1 1 6 inpatients with first episode stroke were selected by the convenient sampling method from a three grade hospital in Zhengzhou.They were dividede into the control group (57 ca-ses)and the observation group(59 cases)by the random digital table method.The control group received the routine nursing of neurology,while the observation group received the continuous nursing intervention,then compared the change of patients’health behaviors of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:The patients’health behaviors in both groups after the intervention were all better than those before the inter-vention,there was statistically significant difference in health behaviors of patients after the intervention be-tween both group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing intervention is a safe and effective intervention mode,it can effectively improve the health behaviors lifestyle of stroke patients.
